The Independent Strategy Room is not a workshop or a coaching circle. It’s a facilitated, small-group advisory session for experienced professionals who want clarity before making a career move. Welcome & framing Setting expectations for the room and creating a safe, confidential space for open discussion. 2. The independent reality check A grounded view of what actually changes when you go independent: myths, realities, and why clarity (not confidence) is the real starting point. 3. Individual clarity work Guided reflection to help you articulate: where people already rely on your expertise, the problems you naturally solve, the type of work that energises you, what a successful 2026 could realistically look like 4.
