We are not a subscription service. You are not required to sign-in or commit to a series of sessions or materials. We offer a range of resources and service where you have the choice to use as you like. Many are free to download.

Founders Story
Hi, we are Lynette and Jessica, founders of Start Bug.
Created by Start Bug Sydney 2025
Start Bug began as an idea to change the way we worked. We both were full of ideas, both unsure how to begin. One of us was leaving university, the other was transitioning out of corporate life. What we shared was a sense of possibility and uncertainty. What we needed was a place to explore and map a path forward. There wasn’t one. So we built one. We started collecting tools, sharing advice, and figuring out how to turn vague ambitions into real beginnings. We learned to ask better questions. We found ways to plan, brand, and launch — and had support from friends trying to do the same thing and we helped them do the same. Start Bug exists for anyone standing at the edge of something new. We know how overwhelming it is. Whether you're starting out, starting again, or starting up — this is your starting place. We believe starting small is powerful, that asking for help is brave, and that momentum matters more than perfection. We built Start Bug to support smart, self motivated and uncertain beginnings — just like yourself. We also run a successful independent consulting business called Arrive Collaborative specialising in brand, reputation, marketing and business transformation.
