Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for "Independent Consulting: Starting Out" Course We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your registration for the "Independent Consulting: Starting Out" course, please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: To cancel your registration, please notify us via email at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start time. Cancellations received within this time frame will receive a full refund. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start time are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to a future course date or assign your spot to someone else at no additional cost. Please notify us of any transfers at least 24 hours before the course starts. No Shows: If you do not attend the course without prior cancellation, no refund or transfer will be provided. Course Rescheduling by Start Bug: In the unlikely event that Start Bug needs to cancel or reschedule the course, you will be offered the option to attend the course on the new date or receive a full refund. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstance that affects your ability to attend, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
